From Am Stein/Knoll, Bürgerspital, Fürst, Höfler, Staatliche Hofkeller Würzburg
Even though some of these wines are from the 2022 vintage, several seem to need more aging to achieve their best drinking.
Note that the traditional Bocksbeutel bottle (see Bürgerspital Stein-Berg below) is rapidly disappearing because of the difficulty in packing and storing the bottles.

Quite austere for the moment, limestone chalky texture, clear. Needs more time. 90(+?)/B+

Floral nose. Limestone firmness, clear, but still quite undeveloped. 90(+)/B+

Lemon blossom nose. Medium-weight, round, not much grip, slight lime fruit. 89(+?)/B

Closed nose. Austere, firm, needs time to come together. 90(+)/B+
HÖFLER
2022 (Michelbach) Apostelgarten Riesling GG
Lime-tinged aromas. Medium-weight, lime with just the slightest hint of vanilla. Overall elegance, but not the energy and freshness of the very best wines. 91/A-
STAATLICHER HOFKELLER WÜRZBURG
2023 (Würzburger) Stein - Berg Riesling GG
Shy limestone nose. Medium-full — power and concentration here, but also finesse; incipient lime fruit. 93/A
2023 (Randersackerer) Pfülben Riesling GG
Clear, dusty, austere — needs time. 90+/B+
