Very successful wines in this group, but perhaps a half step behind the other Nahe sub-regions that were shown.

Note that the Diel Burgberg and the Salm Johanniasberg are 2022.

2022 (Dorsheim) Burgberg Riesling GG 

Spiced green apple nose. Medium-light body, moderate acidity, white fruits. Not an ager. 90(+)/B+

2023 (Dorsheim) Goldloch Riesling GG 

White fruits nose. Medium-weight, white fruits, some density of texture, good length in mouth. 92/A

2023 (Dorsheim) Pittermännchen Riesling GG

Quince nose.  A touch dilute, but good white fruits, good acidity in light, firm body. 91/A-

H. DÖNNHOFF

2023 (Kreuznach) Krötenpfuhl Riesling GG

Floral nose. Medium-light body, smooth, white fruits, good clarity. 91+/A-

2023 (Roxheim) Höllenpfad im Mühlenberg Riesling GG

 Spiced, floral nose, pure. Medium-light, good concentration for the vintage, decent acidity, good depth for the vintage, white fruits with s little spice. 92/A

Plum blossom nose. Light body, clear, mineral, white fruits. 92/A

2023 (Münster) Im Pitterberg Riesling GG

 Apple blossom nose. Light, clear, pure, moderate acidity, enjoyable for medium term. 92/A

2023 (Dorsheim) Burgberg Riesling GG 

White fruits in nose, Light in mouth, some crispness, white fruits, 92/A-



Prinz SALM

2022 (Wallhausen) Johannisberg Riesling GG 

Lightly floral nose. Light body, elegant, white fruits, some minerality, good clarity. 91(+)/A-

White fruits in nose Light, racy mouth with spice and white fruits, good penetration. 92/A

2023 (Dorsheim) Pittermännchen Riesling GG 

Spiced pear nose. Good tightness, light, good energy, penetration, spiced apple fruit. 92(+)/A
