Clear, pure, limestone clarity, good length. 92/A

2022 (Mölsheim) Zellerweg am Schwarzen Herrgott   Riesling GG 

Sappy (positive descriptor) texture, light peach aromas and flavors, perhaps a bit of meatiness in the nose. 91/A-

2022 (Höhen-Sülzen) Kirchenstück   Riesling GG 

Good structure, austere, hints of yellow fruits. Good length. 92/A

BATTENFELD-SPANIER

2022 Zellertal Kreuzberg   Riesling GG 

Clove, peach nose. Round, medium-weight, perhaps just slightly lacking in concentration, but still pleasurable to drink. 91/A-

KNIPSER

An outstanding trio presented by Knipser.

2021 (Laumersheim) Steinbuckel   Riesling GG

Ripe peach fruit with a bit of apricot, pure, long, elegant, concentrated. 93+/A

2021 (Dirmstein) Mandelpfad   Riesling GG 

Ripe, round nectarine fruit, elegance, completeness. 93/A

2022 (Laumersheim) Kirschgarten   Riesling GG 

Light, round, lovely pure peach fruit. Very elegant. 93/A

A slightly sappy (positive) peach mouth good length. Some minerality. 92/A

2022 (Laumersheim) Steinbuckel   Riesling GG 

Cucumber(!) in nose. Medium-light, some peach, but lacks the precision, concentration, and energy of a still better wine. 89/B
