2022 and 2021 Rheinhessen Riesling GG Part I -- Hundertgulden, Kirchberg, Scharlachberg, Steinacker from Bischel, Knewitz, Kruger-Rumpf, Salm, and Wagner-Stempel
With this set, we transition to Rheinhessen, although here it is a political boundary only and not one of major terroir difference — the Nahe River in fact flows into the Rhein at Bingen, and Kruger-Rumpf and Prinz Salm have vineyards in both the Nahe and Rheinhessen by virtue of their Bingen holdings.

Good mineral, dark plum fruit expression, light in body, good purity. 92/A

Round, less precise than the Steinacker, a bit rustic, a bit imprecise. 89/B

Dark and red plum fruit, good concentration, good structure. 93/A
Prinz SALM

Floral nose. Some crispness, good purity, good structure, pretty wine. Some minerality. 92(+)/A
2021 (Bingen) Scharlachberg Riesling GG
A bit low in concentration but good Shcarlachberg minerality and luminosity. Medium-light. Drink young. 89/B
