Jung seems to keep a very low profile, but having seen his wines for nearly 20 years, it is worth your while to seek the wines out.

Peach notes in nose. Stony profile in mouth, energetic, youthful, steely. 93+/A

2021 (Erbach) Siegelsberg  Riesling GG

Closed nose. Stony, medium-light, firm, rainwater pure. 93/A 

KLOSTER EBERBACH

2021 (Erbach) Marcobrunn  Riesling GG

A touch of animal in nose to give complexity, medium-weight, pure, clear, white fruits, long, intense. Overall finesse. 92+/A

Baron KNYPHAUSEN

Apple nose. Closed on the palate with some white fruits, some steeliness. 91+/A-

KÜNSTLER

2021 (Kostheim) Weiss Erd  Riesling GG

Crisp, pure in nose, good structure in mouth. Clear, mineral, steely. 92+/A

2021 (Erbach) Marcobrunn  Riesling GG

A wine of finesse and dimension, with complex fruit modulation both yellow and white, good density. 93+/A
